Submission date not showing correctly in google formAsked by tgbam on March 24, 2015 at 07:45 AM
At some point the submission dates stopped being dates and all the new submissions got a strange number (e.g.: 42.087.220.648.148 ). When i revised the notation format to a date-format it returned this date for all entries: 1-1-1970 0:00:00
Can you help me correct this error? Also, when i check the submissions via my Jotform account, i notice little mail symbols next to each entry. Some are "opened" and some are "closed". However, it doesn't specify anywhere what those symbols indicate and what happens when I click on an "opened" mail.
Are you referring to the Google Spreadsheet integration? There are times that when you make changes to the form, it breaks the data structure and format that it has on the integrated app. To resolve this, you'll need to remove the integration and re-integrate it again.
You can re-integrate using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. Re-integrating the Google spreadsheet will create a new file but it will load all the submissions or data that you have in that new spreadsheet, that includes the old submissions as long as they are in your form.
For the other concern that you have, I've created a separate thread so that we can properly address it, please refer to this link for the question regarding red mail symbols you are seeing in your forms: http://www.jotform.com/answers/539403.
