I am a consultant in the healthcare services field. I need to audit or monitor certain processes for my clients. In order to do so, I create for them several tools such as satisfaction surveys and logs. Since I can use the same tool for more than one client, I wonder if I can isolate the data of each one to have separate reports (with their graphs).

Hi,
I'm sure that is possible, you can use a single field from the form to create a filter. For example, in this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50334131348951, you can use the "Compañia" field when creating a filter.
You can use "is" or "contains" from the second dropdown in the filter.
Just please create a visual guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/187-How-to-create-a-Visual-Report-with-your-Form-Submissions
Then create the filters:
https://www.jotform.com/help/281-How-To-Use-Visual-Report-Filters
I've cloned your form and made a sample, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/report/50824633994060. As you could see, you can only see 2 for the filter created for "Welvin".
Another filter for "WRCINC" here: https://www.jotform.com/report/50824090720044.
You can view my entire form submissions here: https://www.jotform.com/grid/50824343317047.
Here's my form link: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50823995358973
Let us know if you have any further questions or if you need further assistance about this matter.
Thank you!
