    Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I fully understand your concern. But if you would like to downgrade or cancel a current subscription that you have, you can do that by following the steps below.

    1. Log in to your account.

    2. Navigate to Settings->Billing->Choose Free or Starter plan.


    This will cancel your current subscription. After cancellation, your account should remain in the active subscription plan up until the date of its expiration which is the next billing date, but you will not be billed anymore by then, your account will switch to Free or Starter plan on the date of expiration.
