I clicked the downgrade button and it didn't do anything. I need to downgrade our subscription.

Hi,
I checked your account and your subscription has indeed been successfully cancelled. You will retain your paid benefits until April 25th, 2015, at which time, your account will automatically be downgraded and you will no longer be charged.
