JotForm Blank Page When Creating a New Form in Google Drive

    When creating a new JotForm in Google Drive, the page is blank with the following URL:,%22action%22:%22create%22,%22userId%22:%22104540975895466289573%22%7D

    I've tested our google drive integration and was unable to reproduce the error when I created it and also on a test submission.

    Can you please try to clear your browser's cache to see if it helps?

    Also, please share the URL of your form so we can inspect it further.

    I tried clearing my browser and using a different browser and Google account. It still gives me a blank page when I click New and select JotForm to create a new form.

    Please make sure you are logged in to your jotform account

    and then do the integration process within the Form Builder.

    Try following the steps as described on the user guide:


    1. First, open your form on the Form Builder and click on Integrations button on the toolbar.
    2. Select Google Drive on the list of integrations.



    I am not sure why you have such URL... but during the integration process in the Form Builder it was not like that on my end.


    Please retry as suggested. Inform us if issue still persist even after doing this already.

    Tried this and I am still getting the blank screen when I try to create a new form in Google Drive.  I added JotForm as a Connected App in Google Drive and when I click New and select JotForm in Google Drive, I get this long URL.,%22action%22:%22create%22,%22userId%22:%22113265015516559772939%22%7D

    So will creating forms no longer work in Google Drive?

    Hi Montrey,

    I was able to reproduce the problem when creating a form using the Google Drive app. I have now raised this to our developers for further investigation.

    Here's my test:
