    Notifications: Changing recipient email address

     Also, for some reason copies of submissions are going to several staff members who are no longer here.  Where do I delete that information, and add the correct information?

    Thank you for responding, however, these instructions only include how to ADD, not how to REMOVE.  In fact, I have not been able to actually see the email addresses, I only know they must be in the Jotform system somewhere because we are getting the emails to defunct addresses.

     

    Can someone walk me through this?

    Hi there,

    I checked your form and I did not see any email notifications or auto-responder configured.

    Here's the difference between Notifier and Auto-responder.

    Since the form does not have any of these then no one will received an email alerts when someone completed the form. However, the form submissions will be visible in the submissions page inside JotForm.
