People are signing up and sometimes the customer signs up with their credit card, but it doesnt charge the card but allows them to sign up.
What can I do to solve this problem?Also it sometimes doesnt let me know what coupon code is being used.

I think that is because your Stripe Payment Integration field is not required. Please consider making it as required and let us know if the problem persists.
