Provide simple 'share link' on "My forms" section

I am in the process of transitioning all my college's online forms (30+) from Adobe FormsCentral. JotForm seems really good at replicating the functionality, but the presentation isn't always as good, which often wastes time/space.

A case in point I have recently noticed is that forms seem set up primarily to be embedded in other websites. This is potentially useful, but not something I am able to achieve right now. Our current system is to place a link to the form in an email or directly on the relevant webpage. However, from the "My Forms" list, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to get the url of a form copied to the clipboard.

In FormsCentral this was a 2-click process: select the form, click the "copy link" button; In JotForm, this appears to take at least 5 clicks: select the form, click "more", click "view form", select the url at the top of the pop-over, and then manually execute a copy command (2 clicks or a keyboard command).

Is there any chance of getting a 'copy link' button added to the "My Forms" interface to reduce the amount of time it takes to distribute a form?

    Hi,

We also have an embed form option inside the form builder, where you can see different ways on how to share the form in different platforms.

We have an option to make your forms secure where when you enable it the form's direct link and the embed codes will change and have an https:// and https://secure on it.

I can escalate this to our development team but I am not sure that this will be implemented, we already have a way of sharing the link, through: "Preview", "View Form" and "Embed Form" options.

We'll let you know if this has been considered or implemented.

Thank you for your input and feedback.

    Kind regards.

With all due respect, I already know that I can do that... my point is that the process is incredibly time-consuming. The method I mentioned is 5 clicks, the method you mention is 5 clicks (plus time to load the form editor), while in FormsCentral it was just 2 clicks; therefore it takes more than twice the time to obtain the direct link to a JotForm than it does in FormsCentral.

    Hi,

I understand, apologies for the confusion.

I have already escalated this request to our developers and will depend on them if this will be implemented. Rest assure that we will let you know if this option has been added in JotForm.

    Thank you.
