Please confirm my billing assumption

    It is my understanding that if I upgrade The Parole Board's account to a premium level, we will be able to receive up to 1,000 secure submissions per month.  Can you please confirm this?  If that is not correct, please explain the number of secure submissions that we are entitled to receive.

    Hi,

    When you upgrade to Premium Plan, you will be able to receive up to 1000 submissions per month, combine from all forms you have, regardless of the form type (SSL, non-SSL and Payment).
