    Hi Pamela,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to generating an old key for the encrypted forms? If so, I am afraid that it is not possible to generate a new encryption key for your form submissions. It is only possible to Generate New Key, but you will not be able to access the previous encrypted submissions. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to recall the previous encryption key.
