Save forms to continue later by another user

When customers are completing the form, are they able to save and share/send the form they have started for some else to finish?

I understand that you want to have the same form to be completed by multiple users. This can be achieved by using the following workaround. I've tried this using different browsers and devices.

However, the issue here notifying the other user after completing is not possible since notifications works only after submitting the form.

You may also allow the users to submit your JotForm so that the recipients can be received an email with edit link.
