Deleting linked forms

http://form.jotform.co/form/32653911116853 these forms i want to save. 

they are linked to each other - i need to make space and this is the only way i can think of.

Hello,

The intro form is linked to the 2nd form so that the email address entered on the intro form will be transferred to 2nd form. You used the 2nd form as the thank you page to pass a URL parameters for email address.

You can delete the intro form since the only relation between the intro form and the 2nd form is just by passing the email address entered in the intro form.
