    Different responses through links

Asked by ycity on November 02, 2011 at 12:22 AM

    Hi again,

Thank you for the fast answer in my previous question, it worked very well.

I have some people that are signing up as donors on my website. Here in the form they can choose to pay every month or every 3. months. When i autorespond them I need them to go to a link to confirm the payment through a national setup. And theese links are different whether it is every month or every 3 months. I have full control of the linknames.

I know that i could just write mydomain.com/{every_3_months} but the problem is that they then have to copy paste the link instead of just clicking it.

Can you think of a good solution

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please look at utilizing the Conditions feature in JotForm (Form Builder > Setup and Embed > Conditions).

There is something in there that allows you to create separate/distict autoresponders, wherein you can just add the desired link based on customer's selection.

    Please clone this sample form.

The idea behind it is to create Autoresponder Templates (Setup and Embed) based on a choice then Add 'Conditions' so that the right email will be sent.

Here's the initial guide for using logical Conditions in JotForm.

I hope the above helps. Please let me know if I misunderstood your question.
