Event registration form with paypal payments

Asked by Ron Prosky  on March 26, 2015 at 05:02 PM

We have a wordpress site with an event registration form that is giving us problems and we need a quick solution!  This is what the form looks like: http://www.behavioralhealthnetworkresources.com/signup/

We currently have a standard Paypal business account.  Can we create an identical (or similar) form with Paypal integration that will provide multiple response emails when submitted?  For instance, one email is a confirmation message with instructions to the submitter, and another is an alert message to the proprietor, notifying him of a new signup.

And will the form be hosted within our site or will the user be taken off site to complete the form?

    Thanks for your speedy reply!!!

The first section of your form are just simple basic fields that can be added by clicking them in the form builder, to get you started I went ahead and made the first part of your form:

To setup the order portion of your form complete with PayPal integration, add a PayPal field to your form:

You can setup your products and such through the field setup.

Once your form is complete, you can setup and email notification to be sent to you:

    Or to multiple addresses:

Then you can setup an autoresponder to be sent to the user filling out your form:

When everything is finished, you can embed the form directly to your website:

The form can be filled out within your site.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
