My name is Sal Liga.
I just set up an account about anhour ago.
I created a pretty big form. It looks great!!
However, I tried sending myself a test email for submission notifications and I received nothing!
I checked my spam folders and junk email - nothing!!
Please help me out!! Your company can change my business!!!
So far I love the product - I just have to learn how to use it!!

Hi Sal Liga,
First off, thanks for using JotForm and welcome to family. I've made a test submission using your form with my personal mail address. It worked fine. I was able to get a notification email I've also checked your mail logs and JotForm succesfully send your notification emails to your email address.
stat=Sent (pA28SVX0029923 Message accepted for delivery)
stat=Sent (Ok: queued as 3B482848044)
Can you please add these ip addresses below to your mail provider's whitelist.
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know. So we can investigate further. We will be waiting for your response.

I'm hqving the same issue, just dont seem to be geting any emails from jotform, got server admin to check and they say the sever hasnt recieved anything and nothing is in the que to be delivered.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Can you also add the ip addresses above to your mail provider's whitelist?
If this still doesn't work, please open a new thread and let us also now your form-id. So we can investigate further.
