    it show error message after submit order form in my web , but the form received in jotform inbox , 

    pls help me .

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It displays an error message as displayed in the screenshot below:

    The issue seems to have caused by the google drive integration you have in your form. I would suggest you to remove the google drive integration from your form and re-integrate again. That should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to remove the integration:

    If the issue persists, you may also try to clone your form and re-integrate it with google drive. The following guide should help you clone your existing form:
