Wordpress site: Jotform suddenly stopped working in Firefox and ChromeAsked by Ant on March 27, 2015 at 09:26 AM
Our form seems to have suddenly stopped working in Chrome. It does however work in Internet Explorer and Firefox. The form was working fine in all browsers, but a customer told us today that it was broken.
This is a WordPress site, and the code for the form is embedded in the Sidebar of the template. The changes made to the site recently were updating WordPress itself and any installed plugins to the latest version
Is this a known issue, or something new? What other information would you require to troubleshoot it?
Thanks in advance for any help received.
Sorry - it is working in FF and IE.
It is not working in Chrome.

I think you would need to get our Wordpress plugin in order to get an updated version of the jotform's code: http://apps.jotform.com/app/form_generator_for_wordpress
