Account Upgrade

I have upgraded our account a few times in the last few days to increase our quote and it has not kicked in. We are locked out of our forms which is a huge issue. Please help us resolve asap.

Your account has gone over the submission limit, which is 1000 per month, this limit resets the first of each month, I would recommend you to upgrade to an Economy plan which allows you to receive up to 10,000 monthly submissions.

I have put your submissions to 900, below the limit, only for this time, please note that we can do this only once in a lifetime, if your account goes over the limit again, you will need to wait until the counter resets or you should consider upgrading.
