I need to unsubscribe

    Im trying to unsubscribe from the current plan I have to you guy to the basic free plan, however I don't seem to be able to do this, because when I check it back to the $9.99 plan.


    I do not want this plan anymore and do not want to be charged this amount at the end of the month March 2015.


    Be make modification ASAP.

    I do apologize for the issue you experienced with downgrading your account.

    As requested your subscription (Reference # 84630580) has been canceled. There will be no further charges and your account will be downgraded to our Free plan on March 28, 2015.
