I have been trying to fix this issue but no success no email go to my email from my website form please see what is the issue

Your settings are correct so it's possible that the form emails are filtered as spam so kindly check. If the emails are ended in the spam folder, you can mark it as not spam and add both firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your safe sender list.
If no emails are there, there's a possibility that the issue is caused by your hosting provider. Maybe they are blocking the emails from Jotform. If this is the case, whitelisting us should help you fix it:
