Is there an easy way I can track which form was completed when I receive email?

For example, many of my forms are very similar, so when I receive email with competed form, I'd like to easily know if it was my "heart" form or my "senior" form or other specific form that was completed.  So can I can put label on each form so that I know the specific form that was completed when I receive it via email?  Would you please also let me know the easiest way to do this?

There are multiple ways to achieve this.

1. Add Form Title in the Subject Line of the Notification

2. Use the Email Browser Info data.

3. Add Get Referrer Widget on the Form.
