Unable to view submissions

    Original thread title: Why I can't view the submissions?

    Hello there,

    Are you referring to the page where you can see all the form submissions?

    Please make sure that you are logged in using your JotForm account. On the MyForms, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.

    If you still can't see it, then please try the following steps:

    1. Log out from JotForm.

    2. Clear your browser cache.

    3. Close and re-open the browser.

    4. Log back in to JotForm.

    5. Verify if you can now access the submissions.
