Hello there,
Unfortunately, the hint example is configured to disappear once you start typing on the field. It is not possible to make it stay while you are typing on the form field.
However, you can indicate the field propery by using the "Sub-Label" feature.
Thank you.

I created a separate thread for the hover text inquiry.
This is the new URL/ link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/543068
Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for the answer.
Here's my form. All the fileds names are in the fields and will disappear when I'll begin to fill the form. What can we do to show users the every fileds description?
Hover text, hint example doesn't work in my case. Sub label too - because of taking some place between the fields.
What can we do?

The form you mentioned was base on a template or was using a template that makes the sub-labels and hint text behave in such manner.
Do you want to re-design this form? If you want the sub-labels and hint text to behave like in the default again, you will loose the customization than on the form.
Please let us know how we can be of further assistance.
Thanks.

No, I don't want it. I want my customers are able to see the field's names when they fill the form. Hint example and hover text disappears, sub labels makes the excess space between the lines (fields).
Maybe my developers can change the form code to leave the hint example even when I type into a field?

Yes, you can do that. Here's a guide for getting the full source code of your form.
