Also we are now getting a lot of messages from people saying that during the submission of our form, OUR server crashes and they end up placing the order twice.

The form we are talking about is the Request Samples form here: http://www.manufactured-rock.com/request-samples/

    Hi,

I think the problem is related to a script conflict within the page. This will usually happen when the form is embedded using our default JS embed method. Re-embedding your form using our iFrame method should help you fix it:

I would also suggest adding a note to the page that would tell your customers to wait until they see you form's thank you message so they would know that the form is processing their order.

    Thanks

I've tried the iFrames for a month now and am still getting people complaining that they have to fill it out twice and then they get charged twice. I've also had that warning on the page down by the submit button, but nobody reads it evidently.

I can not see any error except the error about bad transaction - due to me adding a bad credit card number, other than that, everything seems to be working fine.

Could you please tell us what is the error that is shown - that people keep reporting. It would help us understand in which direction we should go.
