if I logged into my account from a different computer, would you be able to document that and discern the date and time of access?

    Hello Jotform team,

By chance, do you keep a record of the domain name/IP address that accesses certain accounts?

For instance, if I logged into my account from a different computer, would you be able to document that and discern the date and time of access?

We are trying to determine which person accessed our account on March 17 & 18, 2015.

If more information is needed, please let me know.

    Thank you and kind regards,

    -eblovell

    Hi,

We keep a log of all admin related activities associated with your account.  That is to say, anything done on our end by our staff is 100% logged.  Logging in to accounts, any changes made and things of that nature.  There is no log of any of our staff accessing your current account.

As far as external access to your account, say you believe your account was compromised and you want to know the IP history of the log ins.  That unfortunately we do not keep a record of.  Only the most recent IP to use the account.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
