    Could not sign on E-signature widget on the embedded JotForm

    Hello!!

     

     I embedded my jotform contract on my squarespace site www.capturedmomentsbymelissa.com (Under tab "contact me"then under "contract/model release") When my clients view it on a mobile phone they are unable to sign as there isn't even a signature box(clients have always been able to sign with their finger) When viewing on ipad the signature box is their and they are able to sign with their finger. What could be going on? Any help would be so greatly appreciated! When going to my squarespace site you'll have to access it through "visitor access" i should also note that i've tried embedding and also tried the iframe and that doesn't change anything. Below is a screen shot from mobile.

    I actually have that widget on my contract,like i said hey can sign with their finger from ipad but unable to from their mobile phone.

    Can you let us know which device/browser are you using to test your site? Does the same thing happen when you view the form on its direct URL: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42338529414961?

    I've checked your site on my phone (Android 4.4.2) and was able to sign the widget.

    Ok i got it to work by taking the e signature widget that i had off,and adding the one from the direct link that was given to me before!! I was using an ipad and a Samsung Note 4 to test my site!! It was showing up fine on the ipad but not the Note 4!! It works now though!!! Thank you so much!!!
