I've had clients go to a form page and not see the form. Sometimes it's up and sometimes it's not.Unstable.
Perhaps this is a problem with the form URL....
Im' using embed script
What is the correct URL for a secure form using PayPal?

Both https://secure.jotform.com/form/FORM_ID and https://www.jotform.com/form/FORM_ID are valid urls for secure forms.
We have had an issue tonight with the https://secure.jotform.com address which probably explains the problems your forms users had filling out their forms. We can only apologise for that.
Some users report the https://www.jotform.com/form/FORM_ID naming format as more stable.
We keep both address formats as it offers greater flexibility when we do have any major issues with secure forms.
Hope that helps explains things.

What was the issue and what is being done to correct the problem?
When will the problem be resolved?
Also, one user was using Safari could not see the form. Is there any problems using the forms with a Mac operating system/browser?

The issue has now been fixed. It only affected services for around 30 minutes. The developers quickly resolved the problem
Your secure form: https://secure.jotform.com/form/13010706116 should be accessible normally and has been for the past hour.
JotForm development work is actually mostly done on Macs, so we shouldnt really see too many bugs or compability issues there.
If there is a specific bug/issue with your form on mac/safari, we would very much like to hear about it so that we can get looked at, and fixed if needs be. Please provide as much detail as possible and include the URL of where the form is embedded.
Ideally, open a new thread for that particular potential issue, as it makes it easier for us and the development team to track.
