I've been getting calls that our forms have been giving error messages when trying to make a purchase using a credit card. So I went to use the form, and tried to make a credit card purchase 3 times with a working card. Please see the screen shot of the error I received.

Please try re-embedding the form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. I think the problem happened in the form because of a script conflict on the page between the form JS embed codes and your website. The conflict prevents the payment validation to stop from working properly. Please try it and check how it goes.
