I have an annual account, why did that go away and now it says free account, and i am over quota!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your account and found that you only had premium monthly subscription #S-9M1795554N6679446 which was cancelled on January 16, 2015.
Since your subscription was cancelled and your account is not over quota as you have received 450 submissions and 1.98 GB of uploads.
I am unable to find any yearly subscription payment from you. Please send the order number you must have received in your email. If you have paid through PayPal, you can also let us know your PayPal email address as well and we will try to trace your subscription payment.
