    Hello Ernst,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The next button does not seems to work in the embedded form.

When I tested your form with its direct URL, it seems to work fine. It seems that there is some code conflict between your form and other script of your web page. To solve this problem, I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
