incorrect email alert?

    I just received an email that our account had almost reached its maximum payments but we recently upgraded to the $10/ month plan and that is reflected under our "accounts" while I am logged in. Was this email in error? I just want to make sure our service is not erroneously interrupted??

    Hi,

    I checked your account and it does indeed show as "Premium".  You are well below your limits and should not have any interruptions in your service.  The email may have just been an automated follow up to a previous notice.  Just ignore it.  As far as I can tell, you should be good to go.
