Glitches in conditions

Dear Sir or Madam,

The conditions feature is glitchy and does not work.  Yesterday, my form was working perfectly but today, the fields are not showing.  The field is no longer showing to select an option.

Please check your condition 23, you are conditioning that field  to show itself only if an specific option of that field is selected, but how is the option going to  be selected if the field is hidden?

You may consider re-calibrating your conditions if you see they do not work as expected, example:

In the first conditional statements the field "Exhibitor Cost $2000 (QUEST Subscribers: $1,600) As an exhibitor, you receive: one complimentary registration and all additional registrations at a discounted rate ($400)" is conditioned to hide if "How would you like to participate at QUEST2015?" is equal to "Gold$15k".

However, the same field is conditioned, in the second conditional statement, to hide if the option is equal to "Platinum $20k".
