    Hi,

I have created some conditions based on drop-downs that show and hide fields when certain information is selected but it only seems to work on some of the drop-down information.  (e.g When 'Country' is 'UK', show the 'Office Location' filed, when 'Country' is 'USA', show the 'Office Location' field - only working for one of them)

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks, Emma

    Hi Emma,

I have checked the conditions in your form and did not find any problems with it (which means it behaves as expected but may not exactly be how you want it to behave). I believe that what you want to do is to show the Office Location field only when the Country is either UK or USA, am I right? If so, then why not reverse the conditions so that:

    SHOW Office Location (UK/US Only)
WHEN Country EQUALS UK OR USA

And delete any other existing conditions that are related to this field.

Please try and let us know if it works for you or not. Thank you for using JotForm!
