Multipage Form Embedded by iFrame does not scroll up to top when clicking next and back buttonAsked by Sylvain on March 31, 2015 at 09:45 PM
Im using iframe embed code in Squarespace (so java part needs to be removed). Please test this page, when the next or back is pressed the page dont go up automatically. I tried with chrome and safari = same issue
next scroll squarespace top
Upon checking your form, it seems that you are still using the "Mobile Responsive" widget, could you try removing it and making the form responsive by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive.
Another one you can try, see if removing the onload attribute of the <iframe> code resolves the problem. Here's your iframe.
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.ca/form/50608430412242" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:7927px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
See if removing the onload helps. We'll wait for your response.
Upon further investigation and made a couple of test. It seems that the problem is when a multipage form is embedded by iFrame without the <script> tag, the form does not scroll or jumps to top when clicking the next and back button.
I'll escalate this to our developers so that they can further check. We'll update you as soon as we receive any news.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
