    Hi,

Upon checking your form, it seems that you are still using the "Mobile Responsive" widget, could you try removing it and making the form responsive by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive.

Another one you can try, see if removing the onload attribute of the <iframe> code resolves the problem. Here's your iframe.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.ca/form/50608430412242" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:7927px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

See if removing the onload helps. We'll wait for your response.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,

Upon further investigation and made a couple of test. It seems that the problem is when a multipage form is embedded by iFrame without the <script> tag, the form does not scroll or jumps to top when clicking the next and back button.

I'll escalate this to our developers so that they can further check. We'll update you as soon as we receive any news.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Kind regards.

    Hi sgaudrea,

I do apologize, there is no current ETA on when this issue will be resolved.

We do however have a developer already assigned to the issue and it has been marked as important.

Any update on the issue will be posted on this thread, as soon as possible.

    Thank you.
