To add to the above question:
We are currently using Adobe FormsCentral and ideally want to continue our current process of creating a writable PDF and having this converted into a form. We will then upload this form to our website so our stores can fill it out and have the results submitted to a centralized database.Regardless of this we would also like to know if we can define forms using our own purchased non-standard font and colours please.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to import your Adobe FormsCentral PDF form into JotForm. Then, you again want to create a PDF form in JotForm again. Is that correct?
