Original thread title: the site keeps saying it sent me something to reset my password but it didn't. can it send me a text?
I checked the mail logs and I was able to see that the password reset instructions was sent to your email address.
Your email is not in the bounce list. Please check your spam folders. Please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
