Import Data App: Unable to fetch forms

    I cannot import data into jotform.  I go to  Click Import Submissions Now and a box pops up that says Authorize import and I click Allow and then I get the message SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN FETCHING FORMS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.


    I have tried on a Mac in both chrome and safari and on a pc through chrome.

    Could you try clearing your browser's cache and your form's cache.

    After that, try logging in to and open the Import App here:

    I've checked the Import App in my end using Google Chrome and I was unable to replicate the problem:

    See if the above solution worked.

    I've just had this problem too trying to load Quizforms. Cannot find a fix. Any further developments?

    I am able to replicate the same issue, both with Firefox and Chrome, both on Import Data app and on Quiz Form app.
