Field hidden by rule doesn't always hide

    Hi -- 

    I have a field hidden by a rule, such that if the field Grade Level is equal to Kindergarten then the Schedule Preference Field is shown.  The weird thing is that when a user loads the form for the first time the Schedule Preference field is shown, even if the user has not selected the Grade Level Field.  However, if the user refreshes their screen the Schedule Preference becomes hidden.

    I have checked the rule several times and have witnessed this happening myself.  How can I go about getting this field hidden the first time the user opens the form?

    You will find an image attached that shows what I am experiencing.  The top part of the image is the initial load of the form this morning.  On the bottom is the form after simply hitting the refresh button.

    It seems that there is a conflict with other scripts on your webpage. Could you try embedding your JotForm using iframe embed method to see if that resolves the issue. Please follow the steps provided in the guide below to get the iframe code for your JotForm.
