Can you tell me what this message means? My subscription should still be active as I purchased a bi-yearly subscription in April of last year.thanks,Kim

I checked your account and it does indeed appear to have been downgraded back to "Free". I checked our email logs and I am still not sure why. I did see that there were some issues when your subscription was purchased that may never have been fully sorted. I believe that may have been the reason for the downgrade. I manually upgraded your account back to "Premium" and you should no longer have any issues for the remainder of your subscription, of which. you have a bit over a year left.
