Please clarify account situation

    Hi JotForm,

    I received the following email and am confused.

     

    Dear ecenbark, 

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now. 

    Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Can you tell me what this message means? My subscription should still be active as I purchased a bi-yearly subscription in April of last year.

    Hi,

    I checked your account and it does indeed appear to have been downgraded back to "Free".  I checked our email logs and I am still not sure why.  I did see that there were some issues when your subscription was purchased that may never have been fully sorted.  I believe that may have been the reason for the downgrade.  I manually upgraded your account back to "Premium" and you should no longer have any issues for the remainder of your subscription, of which. you have a bit over a year left.
