    When I try to embed the form, the buttons at the bottom of the page are cut off. How do I get the entire form to appear on my website?

    You told me to try using iForm and the problem still exists. I have tried several variations, but it doesn't seem to be stopping at page one. I'm not sure it's reading the page breaks correctly... but what do I know?

    Here is the embed code and I have included a screen shot of how it looks in preview and also on our presbytery website:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/50754437237155"></script>

    I appreciate your help!

    Hi there;

         I have checked the issue, please try to include some CSS Selector to increase iFrame height. Add the following code at the end of your web page.

    <style>

    iframe { height: 660px !important; }

    </style>

    Please ask if you have any questions/queries.

    Thankyou,

    - Syed
