How can I provide an option to my users so they can skip to the last page of my form?

    I have a form with 13 pages.

    Page 1 is customer details, pages 2-12 are driver details.

    Some customers will submit only 1 driver's details then will need to goto the form end to send while others might input multiple driver's details and will want to goto the form end to send.

    How can I give them the option once they have inputted the number of driver details they have to go directly to the form end without having to keep pressing next until they reach the form end?

    I can't see how 'conditions' will help in this scenario as the number of driver details will change from customer to customer.

    Please advise.

    Please take a look at this cloned version of your form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50915558740965 I've added a radio button that when is selected it will send the user to the last page of your form.
