This is irritating that I cannot call someone.
I've cleared out all of my submissions but my form is still not active. Can someone tell me what is going on?

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
It appears that the issue was related to SSL submissions limit on your account. We do not have a submissions storage limit, but monthly submissions are limited.
Your account is in a good standing, you have upgraded to the Premium plan and now you can receive up to 1,000 secure submissions per month.
