    Duplicate fields inside of Zoho integration

    I am using Zoho CRM and was having trouble with the fields in Zoho.  So I disconnected and reconnected the JotForm integration with Zoho.  Now it says "Exceeded AuthTokens" but I have no current integration.  Is this something JotForm can reset or is this a Zoho issue?

    Hello Michelle,

    This is the error related to Zoho and it is displayed due to the maximum allowed tokens are exceeded than your Zoho account is allowed to. JotForm connects to Zoho using its API which is required to have Zoho CRM Authentication Token from your CRM account.

    You can manage the Auth Token generated for your account from the 'My Zoho Account' Page. Please check the following webpage that can help you with this.

    Thanks for your answer.  That helped.  

    Another question:  I'm still seeing old, deleted fields when I go to map Jotfoms to Zoho through the Jotforms Integration.  Is there something that I need to reset in Jotform so I see the newly created fields?  Also, why am I seeing fields from Zoho on the Jotform side of the integration?

    You can try with clearing form cache in order to see if old/deleted fields in JotForm will disappear from Zoho integration.


    Can you be more precise about second question? Where do you see Zoho fields exactly? Can you please provide us screenshot?

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I've cleared the cache and that did not change anything.  

    When mapping integration with JotForm and Zoho, I'm assuming that the fields on the left hand side are the JotForm fields and the right are Zoho fields.  Why are my custom Zoho fields showing up on the lefthand, JotForm side?  (The righthand or Zoho side shows duplicates. see 2nd pic)  Thanks!     I was able to reproduce problem you have mentioned.
