- veritascreditAsked on November 03, 2011 at 07:37 PMI'm having an issue with our form working intermittently and this has only happened every since Jot form moved servers or since it has that attack a few months ago.I cannot always login to Jotform.com, I can log into Jotform.net all the time. The issue i am having is that i can see the form looking for the .com domain adn sometimes it works others it doesn't. I am using an iframe and when i first copied the code it was going to the .net, i have not changed the form or re-imbedded the code and as i mentioned i can seeing pining the .com domain.A lot of the times the form will function but at the Captcha portion it will timeout and you cannot submit the form Any suggestions?Thank you!Page URL:

Sorry for the inconvenience. This issue has already been solved before. Please try to login again on www.jotform.com, open your form, make a small changes then save, get your new form code and re-embed.
If you’re still having difficulties logging in, you may be using an older, cached version of our website. Please do a “hard refresh.” by pressing CTRL+F5 key while on ww.jotform.com. This wipes your cache of old versions and allows the most current version, which is working properly, to load.
