The submitted forms are visible in my forms and the test emails come through, but the submitted forms do not.
I notified my provider with the white listing suggestions you provide but they say: we don't whitelist because whats the use of spam then?
They also searched the alleged sent e-mails from jot form but couldn't find them.

Hi,
Your email configuration is correct and form emails are sent to the recipients of the form based on your email history. Here's how you can check it:
http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
The email addresses are also not listed to our bounce list.
If whitelisting is not granted or not allowed by your hosting provider, I would recommend setting up an SMTP to your account and use it to your forms. We have two methods:
a. Get an SMTP details from your hosting provider and configure it by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
b. Using Mandrills' SMTP: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address.
Mandrill is best if I will have to choose. I hope it helps.
Thanks
