CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS??
DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD CALL IT...A MIGRATOR OR TRANFERER....
I WANT THE EMPLOYEES TO BE ABLE TO CLICK A BUTTON TO TRANFER ALL THEIR DATA FROM UPLOADED RESUME INTO THE APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT ON AN EMPLOYERS WEBSITE INSTEAD OF THEM HAVING TO ENTER EVERY SINGLE DETAIL.

Please refrain from typing in all caps because it describes that you are yelling.
JotForm itself is the web app that lets you can create forms, integrate them to your site and collect submissions from your visitors. You can create a form where you can employees fill it up and once submitted, you can generate a report to view the submissions. You can event integrate it with Google spreadsheet.
If the resume file is a CSV or Excel file, then you can use this tool called Import Submissions that lets you import data from CSV or Excel file.
