Hi,
I have a form: http://form.jotform.us/form/50767227806158. This form works as it should and all conditions execute properly when the form is executed using this URL. The conditions do not work when the form is embedded. An example of that would be http://www.visionaryaccess.net/InvestorSurvey.
Specifically, there are conditions in place which direct the form only to display/prompt for Investment Sector 1 when the form is first rendered. All 10 should not be displayed/prompted for. This works when executing the form when not embedded.
Any ideas on what is causing this?
Thanks,

Hi John,
If it was working when using it direct URL http://www.jotform.us/form/50767227806158 and NOT when embedded on the website, then its probably due to script conflict issue.
Can you please try first re-embedding the form into your website using instead its Iframe embed code.
user guide: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Make sure to clear first any existing previous script code of the form used in the website before you embed again using the iframe.
Actually checking and comparing the embedded form on the website and using the direct URL of the form, I can see difference in the behavior already (which can be attributed to script conflict issue)
on the website
using only the form URL
Please try the iframe embed code. Let us know if this did not make any difference.
Thanks.
