    Will the payment be pro-rated instead of a mixed monthly rate?

    2.  I noticed that pricing is on a per month basis.  If the response rate is low and we decide to extend the survey period for 1-2 weeks, will the payment be pro-rated instead of a fixed monthly rate?

    I believe you might be asking this about our subscription plans perhaps? Is that what you meant?

    If that's the case then I'm sorry but no that's incorrect. The subscription plans are all a fixed rate for monthly, yearly, and bi-yearly increments depending on the plan and time allotment for the subscription which was chosen by a user.

    The only way this is pro-rated is if you have upgraded to another plan level, received a credit from an existing subscription, or had a refund from an unused portion within the 30 days of purchase. So in those cases it would then allow that since we consider our prices to be affordable even at a monthly rate so it is best to downgrade and upgrade only when you actually need it. Doing this does not affect your forms or data. It will still remain within your account so long as you have not deleted any of it. :)

    Thinking about this some more based on your situation along with what I have informed you above. I think the most we could do for you is if say it is a new month and you just now recently paid for that new month to allow you to get another week or two for a form. So with that said you could use it for the 1-2 week period then request a refund so long as it is within the first 30 days of your initial subscription signup.

    The refund would be based on your usage and you could have the rest of it credited back to you at a pro-rate but it is the only way that could possibly happen though since if you have gone past that then we would not be able to honor it.
