Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please elaborate your concern in a bit more detail? So we can understand your concern correctly and provide a solution accordingly. I checked your account from the backend and can find only form present in your account. Are you having issue on that form? Are you not able to edit (type words or copy and paste words.) the form?

I opened your form and tried to fill it out, and I was able to fill it but didn't make a submission in it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
