How can I change the Paypal email address?

After I inserted the payment button using paypal, and set it up, I can't change the paypal email address anymore!

The first step in setting up the payment field should allow you to change your PayPal email address.  Just click on the field, then click on the little magic wand icon to bring up the field setup menu:

After you change the email address, make sure you go all the way through the setup until you click on "Finish".  This will ensure your changes are saved.
